At the beginning of 2007 we changed our name to McCormick Realty, Inc. and we  joined the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors so we can better serve our clients. You can now access the listings of all members of Lbar right on our site--this saves jumping from site to site and agency to agency. We are happy to assist you with any property regardless of listing agency.

This agency was founded February 1913 by Allie W. McCormick and has continued to serve the area's Real Estate and Auction needs for 95 years.   

Edwin O. Burden has been with McCormick's since 1976 and has served as Principal Broker and Auctioneer for the past 29 years.
